Yes, our minimum project size is $5,000. This allows us to dedicate the time, crew, and quality of materials that every build we take on deserves.
Yes, we offer financing through HFS. If this payment option works better for your situation, we make the approval process fast and simple.
Minor repairs (like replacing a single rotting board or a single post) aren’t something we offer. We focus exclusively on full replacements, redecking, and footprint expansions. If you’re concerned your deck may have structural issues, we’ll come out and assess it. From there, we can walk you through your options.

That depends on your materials. Premium composite decking, stamped concrete, and pavers are low-maintenance options. A light pressure wash once a year is usually enough.

Pressure-treated wood requires a bit more attention: annual pressure washing and staining keep it looking sharp and prevent the boards from cupping over time.

Every quote includes a free 3D rendering, typically delivered the same day as your consultation. For highly complex builds, it may come the following day. We’ll revise the design until it looks exactly the way you want it.

No. Our focus is structural builds and hardscaping, including decks, patios, covers, outdoor kitchens, and pavers. Pool installations and landscaping are outside our scope of work.
We back all of our projects with a 3-year workmanship warranty. If something comes up during that time, we’ll come out and fix it for you.
